  • 9:20a: Breaststroke (warmup: 9:05a)
  • 10:20a: Butterfly (warmup: 10:05a)
  • BREAK: 15 Mins for Awards and volunteer swap-outs, meetings with referees
  • 11:35a: IM (warmup: 11:15a)
  • 12:35p: Freestyle (warmup: 12:20p)

  • Please enter your swimmer in up to THREE events
  • If they are a Kickboard swimmer, that is all they will swim, nothing else
  • Submit entries ONLY if you intend to actually attend the meet; each entry costs HRA an entry fee
  • No "on-deck" entries allowed
  • Volunteering is not optional. In order to have your child participate in the meet, you must sign up to volunteer.
  • This meet uses actual age, which only impacts those with summer birthdays.

  • Official meet sheet will be posted in event details on the team website — you'll see your swimmer's events in SwimTopia by Friday
  • Please review the meet sheet carefully for your swimmer(s) name(s). We have some swim-ups for this meet so that you may find your swimmer(s) in an older age group.
  • We will have exhibition relays this week!
  • Event order: Freestyle → Backstroke → Breaststroke → Butterfly → Relays
  • Swimmers hang out in the team area cheering on teammates, and coaches will direct them to the Clerk of Course benches when it's time for them to swim.

Please bring sandwich makings and sides

A – F: Sandwich meats

G – L: Bread + toppings please a bread product and one sandwich topping (roll, bread and cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)

M – Z: Sides (green salad, pasta salad, potato salad, coleslaw etc)

Feel free to also bring a tablecloth and your drink of choice. The swim team will take care of the paper plates, utensils, and lemonade for everyone.

Our 13+ swimmers will lead the Pep Rally! They’ll teach the younger swimmers the cheers and help get everyone pumped up for the Saturday morning meet. .
