We are sending this email on behalf of the Swim Team Committee chair.

The Swim Team Committee is responsible for all activities of the swim team. It consists of a Chair appointed by the President, the Team Representative(s), three elected Shareholders who are parents/guardians of members of the team, and the President (who is a member of every Committee). The elected members serve one-year terms.

The timeline for this year's election is:

Wednesday, August 12 - Call for nominations

Monday, August 31 - Nominations close

Monday, September 7 - Candidate statements due

Tuesday September 8 - Voting begins

Sunday, September 20 - Voting ends at midnight

Sunday, September 27 (or earlier) - Results announced

Voting will be conducted online in the same manner as used for election of HRARA Directors. You may nominate yourself and/or other eligible parents/guardians. This message serves as the official call for nominations.
