Hi Hurricane Families,

Divisionals will be held Saturday, July 25, at Parliament. This meet brings together all six teams in our division, with each team entering up to two swimmers per event (12 swimmers total, split into two seeded heats).

Divisionals RSVP — Deadline Saturday at 5p

If your swimmer would like to be considered, please RSVP here by Saturday at 5p.

• No RSVP = no consideration — please don't skip this step!
• Coaches select the lineup based on season-best times and swimmer preferences. When you RSVP, list your swimmer's top 2–3 event preferences in the comments to help with selection.
• RSVPing doesn't guarantee a spot. Each team is capped at two swimmers per event, so not everyone interested can be entered initially.
• Good news: if another team doesn't fill all its lanes, we'll bid in additional Hurricanes wherever possible. Swimmers do earn spots this way — it just depends on openings across the division and isn't guaranteed.

Last-minute changes are tough on the team and can be a challenge to resolve. If something truly unavoidable comes up, let us know as soon as possible so we can try to offer the spot to another swimmer — but we're counting on firm commitments from the start.

Meet Format

Because Divisionals includes six teams instead of two, it runs longer than a typical Saturday dual meet. Expect a mid-meet warm-up and "no earlier than" event times, which should make it easier to plan around your swimmer's events.

Practice Schedule

Next Week (July 20–24) — Divisionals Swimmers Only
Practice is only for swimmers available for Divisionals who swam in an A-meet this season (in their age group). 

Note: the official Divisionals meet sheet won't be finalized until Wed or Thu.

• Morning: 13 & Over at 8:00a | 12 & Under at 9:00a
• Evening (Tue/Thu): All ages, 6:30 – 7:15p

Tropical Storms Bonus Week
All Tropical Storms are invited to bonus practices on Tuesday, July 21, and Thursday, July 23, 6:30 – 7:15p
