Please review these practice updates:

• Thursday, July 16 — NO Evening Practice: Cancelled due to the Progressive Dinner.
• Next Week (July 20–24) — Divisionals Swimmers Only: Practice is only for those available for Divisionals who swam in an A-meet this season (in their age group). Note: Official meet sheet for Divisionals won’t be finalized until Wed or Thu.
  • Morning Schedule: 13 & Over at 8:00a | 12 & Under at 9:00a
  • Evening Schedule (Tue/Thu): All ages from 6:30p – 7:15p
• Tropical Storms Bonus Week: All Tropical Storms are invited to bonus practices on Tuesday, July 21 and Thursday, July 23 from 6:30p – 7:15p.
