Hello Hurricanes!

Thank you to everyone who RSVP'd and made sure they'd be available — we really appreciate it! Relay teams are selected based on times (one per event, per age group, chosen by our coaches). We want every swimmer and family to know how proud we are of the hard work all of our swimmers have put in so far this season.

Attached are the final relay teams headed to Rolling Forest for the Division Relay Carnival, ready to battle for team points and a shot at the Divisional relay trophy!

Please review the attached list carefully for your swimmer(s) name(s).

The meet sheet will be posted in Event Details on the team website as soon as it is available. Here's everything you need to know:

Timing

• 5:30p: Swimmers arrive
• 5:50p: HRA Warm-up (lanes 1-3)
• 6:30p: Meet begins

Volunteers

Our Volunteer Coordinator, Linnea Kessler-Gowell, will be reaching out directly to families to fill needed roles. Keep an eye out for her email, and know we appreciate you!

Order of Events

Team Area

We will be in team area number 4. Attached is a relay carnival map showing the flow of the pool/where things will be located on deck. Please bring a chair for your swimmer(s) as the team areas are located in the pool parking lot.

Spectators

Seating will be provided in the spectator area, but you are welcome to bring your own chair if you prefer.

Parking

The main parking lot in front of the pool will be closed to the general public. Parking is available throughout the adjacent neighborhood on the streets. Please be mindful not to block driveways. Do not park in the townhouse subdivision, you will be towed.

The Sugar Shack will have food and beverages available throughout the evening.
