A Meet #2 Recap 📣 B Meet Info
Hello Hurricanes!
Our team showed up in full cowboy spirit with a whole lotta yee-haw energy. The other team came dressed as clowns… and not just because they beat us (ba-dum-tss). Personal bests were flying, team spirit was high, and nobody mistook a lane line for a lasso.
🎉 Congratulations to Miles Kowalewski, Zachary Moran, Thien Dinh, and David Judy for breaking the HRA 13-14 Boys 100M Medley Relay record with an incredible time of 1:00.29! You guys did an amazing job—way to go!
We are incredibly proud of all our swimmers. Their effort, adaptability, and sportsmanship make this team truly special. A huge shoutout also goes to our amazing volunteers—we couldn't do this without you. On to the next showdown, Hurricanes!

Parking and Facilities
The parking lot is reserved for the visiting team and those who require close parking. Our team should walk to the pool or park on nearby streets (and please respect our neighbors) or at Woodburn Elementary School.
The upper pool, basketball, ping-pong/foosball, playground, baby pool, etc, are off-limits to all swim team members during the meet, even if they are done swimming. Swimmers and spectators are to use the restrooms in the Upper Pool House. The Lower Pool House restrooms are for the use of Officials only.
What to Wear
Please refer to the FAQs page on the website to see details on what to wear and bring to the meet.
Come Hungry!
Swing by concessions for dinner, snacks, and drinks—The Hurricane Café has you covered! And remember, all profits go straight to supporting the team.
While you're there, don’t miss out on our custom Hurricane Croc Charms—just $5! Show your team spirit and help fund the end-of-season banquet at the same time. Total win-win!
Reminder
At the end of every meet (home and away), let’s make sure we’re leaving our team area cleaner than we found it—even if the trash isn’t yours. Parents/Guardians, please help us out by reminding your swimmer(s) and checking the team area before heading out.
Same goes for pep rallies—if everyone pitches in, no one gets stuck scraping squashed cupcakes off the deck. Teamwork makes the clean-up dream work!
See you at the pool!
