Time Trials are happening tomorrow, Saturday, June 7th! We’re excited and can’t wait to see all of you there.

The setup crew needs to be on deck no later than 6:45a. Please review the attached timeline and take note of the following important reminders.

7:20a: All swimmers should be on deck in the team area

7:30a: HRA has the pool for a 20 minute warm-up

We’re hoping to wrap up the meet by noon, and that’s when our take-down crew will jump in to help.

What to Wear and Bring

Although this is not an NVSL "A" meet, let's act as though it is. Remember, swimmers are not allowed to wear swim caps that display the name or logo of any team other than their own NVSL team. This means NO club caps. Tie-dye, tiny pizzas, flowers—all acceptable—though we’d love to see an HRA cap if you have one. Also, NO tie-back suits, please!

Since the swimsuit sale isn’t until next week, some swimmers may not have a team suit (or at least one that fits!). Any well-fitting racing-style suit is fine for tomorrow.

We also ask that our officials and deck volunteers wear navy blue bottoms and white tops.

Parking and Facilities

Please walk to the pool or park on nearby streets (taking care to respect our neighbors). You may also use the parking lot at Woodburn Elementary School. The pool parking lot is reserved for the visiting team. Thank you for your cooperation!

The Hurricane Café is serving up tasty breakfast options, including Anita’s breakfast burritos, along with lunch items, snacks, and beverages. Bonus—all profits from concessions support the swim team!
